Mingachevir State University, founded in 1991 and providing specialized training for the industrial needs of the region. With 3 faculties, 10 departments University educates more than 3000 students across 24 specializations and  consistently demonstrates academic excellence, with 8 students achieving scores above 600 points in State Examination Center entrance exams in the academic year of 2021/2022

Lankaran State University is a public university located in Lankaran city of Azerbaijan and was founded in 1992. Currently, more than 6300 bachelors, masters and doctoral students study at the University, about 350 professor-teaching staff work at the university. Education and research activities are carried out in 5 faculties and 13 departments.
