Management Meeting Held for REFRESH Project on Green and Sustainable Economy

On May 22, a management meeting was held as part of the " Green and sustainable global economic improvement at Azerbaijani Universities: renewable energy and climate change mitigation- REFRESH" project, coordinated by Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The meeting featured the participation of local and international guests, including representatives from UNEC, Azerbaijan Technological University (ATU), Ganja State University (GSU), Mingachevir State University (MSU), Lankaran State University (LSU), Sumgait State University (SSU), Technical University of Denmark (DTU), University of Bologna (UNIBO), and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

During the meeting, several key topics were discussed, including the quality plan of the REFRESH project, completed and planned tasks under various work packages, presentations by speakers at the REFRESH-dedicated panel during the ISCEMR-2024 Conference, the project's promotional plan, and the participation opportunities for project partners in the COP29 event to be held in Baku in November. The significance of Azerbaijan hosting the COP29 event was also highlighted.
