• To establish a cost-effective and efficient communication strategy among project partners, including a clear and well-defined decision-making procedure;

• To ensure an appropriate communication flow among the partners and liaison with the EACEA;

• To ensure the timely delivery of reports, outputs, and deliverables;

• To coordinate overall project management and financial administration.
