Partners of REFRESH Participate in VI International Scientific Conference of Economics and Management Researchers

On May 23, the foreign and local partners of the REFRESH project participated in the VI International Scientific Conference of Economics and Management Researchers which gathered over 300 participants. This event was organized jointly by the Heydar Aliyev Center, Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), the Regional Development Public Union, and the International Center for Graduate Education of UNEC.
The opening speech was delivered by Prof. Adalat Muradov, Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), followed by a keynote speech from Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the conference, a special panel dedicated to the "Green and sustainable global economic improvement at Azerbaijani Universities: renewable energy and climate change - REFRESH" project was held as part of the project's dissemination plan. In the first panel of the event, named after the REFRESH project, representatives from the University of Bologna (UNIBO) Paolo Valdiserri, the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) Per Sievert Nielsen, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology Victor Kordas shared their countries' experiences related to the project. They conducted comparative analyses relevant to Azerbaijan and answered questions from the audience.
At the end of the panel discussion, UNEC Rector Prof. Adalat Muradov expressed his gratitude to the speakers and presented them with plaques.
